Another mid week away trip for Scott Carpenter for 2 games in Perth vs the Torpedoes on wednesday and Thursday evening. “Comfortable wins in the end, but two strong performances from their keeper kept our scoring down”. The wins keep the tigers top of the league but were overshadowed by an injury to Scott, “I’ve snapped a ligament in my right thumb which can only be fixed with surgery. Luckily we have a few shooters in the team so I think I will play with the pain until the end of the season and then sort it out then.” Nevertheless Scott scored 3 goals over both games.
