Following two successful rounds in this season national swimming league northwest draws, Lancaster are through to the division 2 final once again this year. Despite a depleted teams through illness and competition clashes, Lancaster’s swimmers scored highly in the first two rounds with young swimmers jumping in at the last minute and many swimmers digging deep to swim outside of their normal specialities and age groups. Once again it has been worth it, as this resilience and dedication has enabled Lancaster to find a place in the swim off. The final will take place on Saturday the 12th of December at the Kendal pool where we will take on Liverpool, Blackpool, Clitheroe, Copeland and Chorley Marlins. This will be the toughest match of the season so far so …Best of luck Lancaster.
