Information:
Regional Training Centres are an integral part of the National Performance program for Water Polo. Players who have reached specific training competencies based on LongTerm Athlete Development (LTAD) are invited to participate.
Lancaster is one of the two RTC centres in the North West of England with Manchester being the second. They have three coaches:
Head coach: Ron Winn (level 2 UKCC)
Assistant coaches: Gary Ellwood (level 1 UKCC) & Zak Sly (level 1 UKCC)

7.30 – 8.00pm – self gym work
8.00pm – 9.15pm – Swimming and leg work (with Zak Sly)
9.15 – 10.30pm Water polo skills and game (with Zak Sly)
Born 95 & 96
8.00pm – 8.35-pm Land Warm Up (With Gary Ellwood)
8.35pm – 9.15pm – Swimming and leg work (With Ron Winn)
9.15pm – 10.30pm - Water Polo skills and game (with Ron Winn & Zak Sly)
Born 97, 98 & 99
8.00pm – 8.35pm – Swimming and leg work (With Ron Winn)
