On Thursday the North Lancashire senior team took on Preston at home. Lancaster had a weakened team with Robert Simpson, Jake Starkie, Lawrance Daykin, Sam Liver and Noel Howson all missing fro the game. Lancaster brought in 15 year olds James Alker, Scott Sharpe, Ben Walker and Luke Saul to fill the missing regular players spot.

Lancaster hit Preston had and put away 13 goals. The strong defence and goalkeeping denied Preston of any goals. with the final score Lancaster 13 Preston 0
