We are Lancaster is the message that the junior team put across to the group A teams of the 2010 National Junior Water Polo Championships as they dominated the group and put away 50 goals in 4 games.

Lancaster played their first game against Cheltenham. We were not sure what kind of team they were going to filed. Lancaster played a strong defence and put 10 goals past GB squad goalkeper Woody with Luke franks scoring a ha-trick. Final score Lancaster 10 Cheltenham 2

Lancaster second game of the day was against Barnstaple. Again this was team that we did not know. Lancaster put 11 goals int the back of the net and only conceded 2.

Lancaster third game was against Isle of Man. Lancaster used this as a warm up game for the final game. they slotted 21 goals with Decland scoring 5, Luke franks 4 Lawrance and Sam scoring 3.

The game of the day was the last game against Dunfermline. Lancaster went three goals down in the first 3 minutes but by half time Lancaster pulled it back to 3 – 3. In the second half Lancaster hit dunfermline with their strong defence and their outstanding attack. They won the game 8 – 4.

Lancaster now qualify for the qualification round along with Dunfermline to be played at Walsall on the  17th and 18th April.
