14th National title just 8 games away

Lancaster return to British Water Polo League action this weekend with the start of the Super 5’s, the premier league of water polo, in Guildford. City’s first game is against defending champions Cheltenham on Saturday evening, the sides previous meeting this season ended in a 9-9 draw with Glen Robinson scoring 4. In what has been a tight fixture over the last few seasons we will be looking to take full points and start our run for the title in the best way possible.

Our second game is on Sunday morning against our big rivals Bristol Central. The first game between our sides back in September finished with a 10-9 win for city with Tom Curwen getting 6. Both sides have gone to play good polo through the first half of the season and will make for a tough physical game Sunday morning.
